Lovely property in very easy walking distance of the Cathedral and Castle, also quiet and away from the bustle. Property is roomy and comfortable with everything you need. Excellent helpful hosts, would definitely stay again.

Spent a lovely birthday weekend away at this beautiful accommodation. The location is brilliant for exploring Lincoln. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a great stay at Tim & Rosita's place. Walking distance from Steep Hill and all the bars and restaurants with a great local pub just around the corner.

We had an excellent short break in the house. Its an amazing redevelopment and we found it all extremely comfortable, especially the bed in the main bedroom. Tim checked in with us the day of our arrival which was much appreciated. During our stay there was some serious weather, including hailstorms and high winds, but we were warm and cosy. We also enjoyed all the original artwork. The house is well located in the cathedral quarter, in easy walking distance of key sights, and yet very quiet and private. Really enjoyed a glass or two of wine at the nearby Morning Star - a proper local. Lots of great options for eating out - and we had a treat of a meal at the Jew's House restaurant - tasting menus not really our thing, but this was an exceptional experience. Only sorry our visit was so short, we didn't have time to visit many of the other sights ... but that is an excellent excuse for coming back.

Lovely house, great location, perfect for our Xmas getaway in Lincoln. Lovely touches such as the Xmas tree in the lounge completed the welcome.
