The space is beautiful, this is our first stay at la isle but second safari tent stay at Erik & liseanne locations - the spot is wonderful, the hammock was a highlight for me. However I would definitely bring comfort items, the patio set is in real need of new cushions; staining and very uncomfortable with no padding, ripped zippers with fluff coming out. Id bring a cloth to clean the dishes & Cutlery would be an asset, we took a drive into town to buy forks. Water heater didn’t work and the tap to wash dishes was drip pressure, luckily we had extra water to clean the cookware. One thing that was a bit of a scare since I had my 1 year old with me; was the umbrella was damaged, but didn’t become an issue until morning of checkout when the wind took it into straight 90° angle - we got it down but I worried it would snap while sitting under it afterwards. Both stays we met the host. Both times loud grounds maintenance was being done. Chainsawing. My dogs stayed on alert rest of day

Incredible experience! I would stay at La Isla all summer :) So good to connect with nature, the natural pool is the best !

We had a wonderful time here. The island is very private and has everything you need to have a relaxing stay. We would definitely come back.

What an incredible experience on this private island, we absolutely loved the bathing area, the kitchen and the open comfortable design. This was the perfect spot to recharge our batteries. On top of all, we were privileged to meet the most caring hosts. We already reserved for a second visit in a few weeks ;)
