The lodge was fantastic for my brother’s bachelor party. Just as described in the listing and cozy for cool august evenings. We enjoyed golfing at he the course directly off the deck and it was extremely convenient to walk into Glennie for the tavern, ice cream, and groceries. 10/10 I would stay her again with the guys for a golf trip or canoeing/off-roading.

We stayed at the cabin for a family getaway while in town for my cousins wedding. The cabin is very spacious and the 6 of us felt very at home and able to relax and play games together. Every morning we would sit on the back patio and drink coffee looking out at the pond. Renae does say in the description that it’s “not the Taj Mahal” but it seems like they have lots of great updates planned based on the labels throughout the cabin. We hope to book again in the future to see what they’ve done with the place! It also mentions in the description that it is possible to lose power which did happen to us for about 2 hours during our stay. We’re all readers so we just snuggled up with our books and had some quiet time! Renae was very kind and courteous and responded very quickly to any questions we had. She also kept us updated on the power situation through every step of the power company fixing the issue. All in all we had a great time and would recommend staying here!!

Had minor issue with freezer…. Concerns regarding safety of railings, perhaps those doors should be permanently sealed. Other than that super place!!

The location was perfect for a guys getaway. Renae was very easy to contact and helpful if any of our needs. I'm already talking to friends about another stay there in the fall.
