The house was beautiful and close to hiking and also Storyland. It is on a nice quiet street but just off of 302. The river and beach are a great addition even though we had no time to sit and enjoy it. The house is well stocked with the necessities. The only thing missing was a box of tissues. Really the only complaint we had is the 2 car parking. They only allow 2 cars for a 4 bedroom house. Vacasa did offer an alternative for our 3rd car, leaving it at the Bartlett recreation parking lot. But really I think they should find a 3rd spot or clean out one side of the garage so 3 cars could fit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and just what we needed!

I would highly recommend this stay! The location, directly on the river, was amazing and peaceful. With just a 10 minute drive we could go to great restaurants and shops in North Conway.
