Stunning location, friendly and helpful host. Great to be so close to an excellent Deli/ cafe and good places to eat. We were disappointed with the property in relation to the pictures on Airbnb as in reality it would benefit from some TLC.

The location of the house is perfect . A few steps to the beach , the Appledore Ferry , Johns , The Quay pub and it has spectacular views. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen ( apart from salt & pepper strangely ). The house is perfect for a late spring /summer holiday and we could easily have stayed another week . The bathroom is between the ground and first floor on a half landing . A ground floor loo would make a lot of difference. The house is charming , but we didn’t love the painted floors . We will certainly visit Instow and Lucy’s house again . Thank you for the wine etc .
