Super place, super host! Pros: - Gabriele - not just super, but MEGA host. He did everything for me to feel at home, and I was always provided anything I needed, from info to a kettle and ironing stuff. - impeccably clean, well equipped and everything is functional - comfy bed and pillows - great location if you're visiting without car (restaurants and stores are literally walking distance) . Easy to get for Uber and delivery, too. - quiet and peaceful - the only things I heard in the morning, were the birds, and the area is green and beautiful. Gabriele also greeted me upon arrival, and came up upon check-out, both in person. I felt really great being your guest, thanks and hope to visit Kingwood again!

Gabriele was home when I arrived and walked me through the process of getting the keys from the lockbox and then let me into the unit. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend his spot if you want to avoid the hassle and $$$ of nearby hotels.

Such a beautiful stay, it’s even better in person. I felt so accommodated! I love the peaceful location and the atmosphere. The place went beyond my expectations. I would definitely book again!

Excellent day, excellent host. Was very accommodating, and was very helpful with any request that we made. With even kind enough to mail me some items that I had left behind. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!
