Really easy check-in and was greeted almost immediately by Sherri. Room was exactly as described and very comfortable, had a great time trying all of Kevin's beers at the brewery below the B&B, and had an incredible breakfast the next morning. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway vacation!

This is an amazing bed and breakfast with a brewery attached! The accommodations are spectacular. Cozy, bright, quiet and clean. It is right on the quaint Main Street in Sperryville. You can walk to the general store and grab some casual dinner at the wood fired pizza kitchen across the street. There are some art galleries and shops nearby. Great hiking trails are so close. There are also finer dining locations nearby if you want to treat yourself to something special. Most enjoyable is Kevin’s beer! We are craft beer lovers and have to say, his brews are some of the best that we have had!! Breakfast was freshly made to perfection every morning. Already planning another trip back.

Nestled at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains and in the heart of the small but bustling town of Sperryville, the Hopkins’ Ordinary Bed, Breakfast & Aleworks is the perfect base for hiking or antiquing adventures, or just escaping the stress of Washington, DC. Sherri and Kevin’s 200-year old home has all the modern amenities as well as loads of charm. Guests are invited to head downstairs to the Aleworks for a complimentary local brew, which can be enjoyed in the pub or outside by the firepit in the Biergarten with other guests and locals. The area has a wide range of dining options, from the local-favorite pizza restaurant across the street to the top Michelin-rated Inn at Little Washington just a few miles away. After a quiet and comfortable night in one of the charmingly-appointed guest rooms, guests wake up to a delicious, hearty breakfast with fresh-squeezed juice, locally roasted coffee, unique egg creations, and scones with home-made jam (from home-grown berries). Sherri & Kevin are the perfect hosts, keeping coffee mugs full and ready with tips for hiking and other excursions. We will definitely go back!
