The condo was great but needs some “TLC”. If you overlook the small, little things, it was a great place to spend family time.

A beautiful beach, many local and walkable options for food, and a beautiful place to stay! We enjoyed the patio and views every morning. One very minor thing that would make the place perfect: bathrooms, especially the master, could use a refresh - but would not change our “would highly recommend” experience. The listing should mention some of the beach items (chairs, umbrella, small cooler) that made our stay even better!

As an overall the apartment is great. The location is amazing. The beach is awesome. The pool area is clean. However if you are expecting a super clean apartment this is not it. For example; the master bedroom bathroom was dirty. We had to sweep the entire apartment since there was dust and sand throughout the apartment. The ceiling fans were full of dust. The furniture is a little worn and dated. But overall it is a great unit and we would stay there again.

Pros: amazing location, quiet beach, beautiful pool and spacious unit with updated kitchen and living area. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and great sunsets! Cons: unit needs a DEEP cleaning. The carpets in bedrooms are gross. Bathrooms are old but it was fine for a week. Only 1 of 3 building washers worked, and don’t make noise or the elderly residents who live there will complain.

The location of this property was amazing. Right on the beach and close to everything you need. However, we were not impressed with the unit compared to the photos. It needs some love as far as touch up paint and little things. Our biggest issue was the cleanliness. It looks clean on the surface but move the couch slightly and you’ll find good, dust balls, dirty socks. Look behind the beds and you’ll find more dust, more items left behind from other renters. On the mind bed, there were crackers under the sheets, on top of the mattress. The dishes were filthy! We had to wash anything and everything before we could use it. We tried to use the dishwasher but it didn’t clean them well so we took the filter out and it was disgusting! We had to clean it out then reload it and wash all the dishes again. We called the office Monday morning (we got in Saturday afternoon and they were not there Sunday) and they were very nice, apologetic and sent the cleaning crew over right away. That was amazing but the cleaning crew dusted the tops of things, changed the master bedroom sheets, swept and mopped. Still dust balls everywhere, other peoples timescale dirty dishes and crumbs on the mattresses.
