The host is responsive. Space was clean (except the slip proof bathtub that looked used). All the little accommodations needed towels, soap, etc. Walk to room is far from parking lot. Pool is nearby. Pictures are not exactly the room we got. Bathroom is very outdated. In bedroom AC light is bright greenish blue glow couldn't sleep in complete darkness. Wasn't able to turn it off. Host didn't know either. View of our patio was pathway so it isn't private. And refundable deposit is actually $250 not $100 as listed. Could hear neighbors stomping above. Other than that it was okay. I've stayed at better upgraded places in this condominium.

No complaints here. Exactly what I was looking for with my quick getaway. Price was most fair compared to the rest. It was a pleasant stay overall.

Clark was a quick and responsive host. Check in was easy and the condo was very clean. Great resort feel with many small pools. About a 3-5 minute walk from the parking to the condo.

Amazing location…A few steps away from the ocean and boat docks where the night swims take place with the manta rays. Kealakekua Bay is also nearby so that’s a plus! Food and dining options less than 5minutes away…KTA and Longs complex the same distance away has anything you could ever want or need while on staycation/vacation…The people were extremely helpful at the front desk…The host, Clark, quickly responded to any text or call in a timely fashion! I love the 2story vibes! Been here twice before this occasion and definitely plan on booking here again in the future! The sunset views over the ocean and sunrise views over Mauna Kea are beyond timelapse worthy! Plenty loungers and places to lay out under the sun or the night sky…Love all the bbq grills and pools dispersed everywhere! The pool and hot tub gets padlocked at a certain time at night but please don’t let that stop you from hopping the fence and enjoying the water after-hours…The security dudes are local braddahs who could care less about people living their best life…as long as you ain’t harming yourself or anyone else in the process…Spread those wings and fly over that fence for a night swim! You won’t regret it!
