Cute little cottage near the beach and lake. House has everything you need. There is nothing in the area so if coffee is important to you BYO. House is on tank water (as are all in the area) so you’ll need to have short showers, etc.

This was our second stay at Tan Terfyn. It was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to holiday this April. Perfectly situated backing onto the national park, with easy access to the lake and the beach. We enjoyed plenty of what South Durras has to offer - fishing, swimming, walking, and canoe hire to explore the lake was a highlight. The privacy of this peaceful accommodation was great. The cottage is very clean, tidy and well equipped with everything you need. Plenty of space for the whole family to relax with nature just on your doorstep. We enjoyed watching birdlife and mobs of kangaroos lazing around, grazing on the back lawn while we had our morning coffee. It’s pretty special!

A lovely cottage looking out to the forest, with kangaroos grazing on the lawns. The rear outlook to the National park is special . An easy walk to the (unpatrolled) beach or to the edge of the lake. A really well equipped house, with nearly everything you might need for a relaxing beach holiday. Wi-Fi is problematic with very low 4G coverage and a router you would need to pay credit to for basic internet.

We had a wonderful 3 days. Peaceful, walking distance to the beach and enjoyed listening to the birds and watching local wildlife. House was clean and has a well equipped kitchen. Was good to know to stock up on our groceries for the weekend given no local shops. Was a great way to unwind.

this was a beautiful and cozy home, the home was the perfect place to have a small getaway with a few friends, close to the gorgeous beaches around the area and the home was clean and pristine !
