This was a lovely place to stay in Edinburgh, with a great central location. The furnishings itself are simply stunning and very well designed. The high ceilings and castle view added the perfect ambiance to my stay in Edinburgh. Only let down is the noise from the busy streets below.

Had an amazing weekend stay with my husband,apartment was lovely we stayed in room 1 ,when booking I expected the room in the photos so was surprised to get the apartment we got (need to update with other rooms/apartment photos for choices so wasn’t really pleased abt that,although our apartment was nice It would not have been my choice when picking,very noisy up until 2am with pubs and bottles getting smashed in recycling bins,need to be a deep sleeper to live here,very close to everything which was really nice,all in all we had a lovely time

By day – it's a great location. Close to interesting pubs, museums and really not far from the castle. So easy to explore the city and easily pop back to the place if needed. By night – yes the reviews are accurate, it's noisy. Especially if you're staying in the smaller apartments close to the street. We stayed in apartment 1. It's really not that bad if you got ear plugs and kinda stopped around 2/3am for us. There seems to be a club on the lower street level. We also had a problem with the window near the kitchen counters. Tried everything but couldn't close it the final inch. So ended up having to block the draft with a towel, which wasn't ideal for warmth in the winter months.
