Our family was so pleased with our stay at Luderna. Maria was the MOST incredible, kind and responsive host one could imagine. She brought us fresh squeezed juices, vegetables from the garden and freshly baked snacks. There were almonds to crack from the almond trees on the way to the pool. Maria and her family offered guidance on local restaurants and made reservations for us as well. Her family was extremely kind and helpful as well. The complex of buildings with their winding paths and beautiful mature plantings are very special. The other apartments did not have guests at the time of our stay so we were able to enjoy the entire place by ourselves which was a special treat. The pool was clean and wonderful during the hot Spanish summer days. The local towns of Velez-Rubio and Velez-Blanco were filled with everything we needed and lots of charm. We were an hour away from the Mediterranean beaches. All in all it was a lovely stay. We would highly recommend Luderna to others.

Super schöne Wohnung in einer kleinen Ferienanlage umgeben von Olivenhainen und Obstbäumen in einem Tal mitten in der Natur. Perfekt zum Abschalten, Erholen und Runterfahren. Die Gastgeber leben direkt nebenan und waren absolut lieb und hilfsbereit! (An der Stelle nochmal danke Maria Jesus und antonio 🫶🏼) Sie haben auch großzügig mit uns ihre Früchte und Gemüsen geteilt. Es war paradiesisch :) Wir waren 3 Wochen dort, die Wohnung ist auch für Langzeitaufenthalte perfekt geeignet. Wir empfehlen es zu 100%, man muss nur beachten, dass man am Anfang nicht direkt mit den Gastgebern sondern mit einer Firma (Luderna) kommuniziert, die die Wohnung verwalten, weil die Gastgeber nur Spanisch reden… Außerdem muss man wissen, dass der Strom, das Wasser und der Gas-Verbrauch extra berechnet werden. Man muss das Geld außerhalb von Airbnb zahlen und es ist nicht im Preis inkludiert. Uns hat das anfangs etwas abgeschreckt, aber es ist alles gut gegangen!

El alojamiento está impecable. Se aprecia mucho cuidado y trabajo. No le falta ni un detalle: limpio, bonito, con mucho gusto en la decoración. Tanto los exteriores como el interior de la vivienda hacen en su conjunto un pequeño oasis del cual no hace falta ni salir si no te apetece. La dueña muy atenta en todo momento a nuestras necesidades. Cualquier cosa que surgiera ha estado pendiente y nos lo ha facilitado. Por otra parte, la vivienda cuenta con todo tipo de utensilios y menaje, así como sábanas, toallas y mantas en perfecto estado y muy limpias. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Sin duda es un sitio para recomendar.

If you appreciate beautiful craftsmanship and farming with beautiful scenery and a giant pool to boot - this place is for you! The Wifi is very bad, but who cares. You should probably put down your device and go take a walk and learn about tomatoes and apples from Antonio anyway. This was a new kind of Airbnb experience for me, as it's the entire apartment to yourself but sharing the other surrounding areas. I came in wondering if it would be okay for my dogs to be out and about with other strangers, but Jaco (the owner's dog) happily greeted us and let us know we would be very welcome there. I hope you like the sound of Sheep! It's quite humorous and a wonderful part of the entire experience.

Un pequeño oasis en Velez blanco, increíble piscina y exteriores para disfrutar al máximo de un fin de semana. La casa genial y Maria Jesus una fantástica anfitriona, muy detallista. Muy recomendable para desconectar y disfrutar en familia o amigos.
