I stayed at Mark’s place for a few days with several people in my party—and we all really enjoyed our stay! Mark was very thorough with his instructions, was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, and made the space welcoming and comfortable! The bathroom was immaculate and had additional items that we could utilize (such as hair dryers), he provided beach towels and other supplies, and his dog was such a sweetie and we LOVED getting to pet him. The street was quiet, there was minimal light pollution (helpful because we saw the northern lights from the backyard!!), the surrounding area was easy to navigate, and it was located close to everything! The outdoor patio also offered us the opportunity to socialize without disturbing others in my party that decided to go to bed early. Overall, we were all HIGHLY satisfied with Mark and should we find ourselves in Tampa again, we will definitely be staying here!

We had a nice stay at Mark’s place, good location, very easy to be found and easy to reach the beaches around. Mark is a very responsible host, a very nice person. I would like to recommend his place, nice and peaceful neighborhood.

Seabreeze Haven is exactly as its name describes. We needed a last-minute place to stay for a busy and unexpected trip, and Mark and Margaret quickly made us feel comfortable. The location was close to everything but in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Our family felt at home immediately, and it was such a relief to have such a cozy place to crash between activities. Our stay included many helpful, practical touches, like a solid supply of a variety of K-cups, two microwaves (which was great when everyone got hungry at the same time!) and outdoor space to sit and grill and dry all the wet beach things. The detailed instructions easily answered many questions we might have had and made the whole process smooth. Our daughters loved the bright and clean bathroom. Everyone loved meeting the gentle Pippin and chatting with Mark and Margaret. We can’t wait to return!
