Fabulous location, cosy, clean & comfortable cottage. Linda furnished us with clear directions & greeted us on arrival. The cottage was extremely clean & well stocked with everything you might need during your stay & Linda is a very cheerful & helpful host. Look forward to our next stay - thank you.

Had a lovely, relaxing stay with everything we could possibly need. Fantastic little touches like toiletries in case you forgot something, fresh eggs for breakfast and delicious strawberry tarts in the fridge to welcome us on our first night. It was very peaceful, just what we were looking for. Linda was always on hand with a friendly hello (as were her beautiful dogs) as we came and went but very respectful of our privacy. House was immaculate, it's pretty out of the way, hence the peace, but a great location as a base to visit a wide range of places if you have a car. Thanks for a fantastic stay Linda!

An absolutely beautiful country cottage, really quiet and peaceful, but only a few minutes' drive from Bathgate and the M8. I enjoyed exploring the local countryside - plus, driving to Bathgate and then getting the train is such a convenient way into Edinburgh or Glasgow. Everything I could possibly need was provided - there were even bathrobes! The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to cook in, the lounge is perfect to settle into for the evening, and the bed is so comfortable. It was warm and cosy even in winter, with lots of homely touches all around - but it feels spacious and uncluttered too. There's wifi throughout, easily fast enough for anything I wanted to do. Linda sent extremely clear directions and was there to greet me on arrival, and throughout my stay she was friendly and helpful while fully respecting my privacy. And the dogs are adorable! (They love it if you throw a stick for them, but they aren't all over you.) All in all a perfect few days... I hope I'll return.

Uma encantadora casa de campo e muito rural. Perfeita para uns dias de descanso. A Limpa confortável e muito mas muito acolhedora. Uma atmosfera calma e refrescante. A decoração desde a entrada da propriedade ao interior, muito bem pensada. A estadia, foi simplesmente surreal, sem barulho sem nada que nos possa ter incomodado. O interior da casa onde ficamos, simplesmente excelente, o quarto, a sala, na cozinha não faltava nada. Havia tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia soberba. Adoramos muito. Os acessos para as cidades e então super perto. A estadia superou e muito as nossas expectativas. A Linda, sempre disponível, óptima anfitriã muito atenciosa, muito simpática. Sinceramente só tenho de dar os parabéns pela estadia, uma estadia rural de mais de 5 estrelas 🌟 saíamos muito felizes, e obviamente que iremos voltar. Um até já 👋 e muito sucesso 🙏🙏 Muito obrigado Linda
