Mrs. Anita, thank you for opening your house for my family and me during my graduation weekend! Despite the hiccup in the beginning, we had a wonderful time staying! The house provided ample room for each adult to have their room and room for the children. The house also had games and toys my nieces couldn't stop playing with. Added bonus was the pool! My nephews couldn't stay out of it. Mrs. Anita was very responsive and resolved matters quickly! The listing provided places and things to do, especially for those new to the area and looking to get out of the house. My brother saw a picture of a rollercoaster on the bedroom wall, and we used that as inspiration to go to Belmont Park. Mrs. Anita is a very sweet, friendly, and lovable person! It was great running into her at Walmart, and she spoke and hugged me as if we've known each other for years! I highly recommend any of her listings, as she is a great person to work with.

The location and house were great! We loved the pool and yard. However, I don't believe the house was cleaned before we arrived. It SMELLED strongly of bleach, as though it had been mopped with bleach - but nothing else clean. The linens on beds were dirty, the daybed and trundle had long black hairs between the sheets, the bunkroom blankets smelled horrible. We found an open bag of chips and half a coke can under the crib. The upstairs linen closet had an open sauce packet from in-out. The laundry detergent was empty so we were unable to wash anything. The downstairs area and kitchen were dirty- the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, sink looked gross, and there was a moldyy pitcher of moldy liquid on the countertop. The kitchen table, counter and coffee tables had a layer of grime and dust. The couch cushions were gross, with old food and toys between them. The master bathroom shower was also broken - the shower head holder was missing a piece so we had to tape it into place

Anita is a wonderful host. The home was very nice and livable and plenty of parking for our small family reunion. The pool was heated as promised and we had children swimming in it throughout the day and into the evening. I was a little worried that we would be bothering the neighbors on either side of the home but there were no issues. Overall it was a wonderful place to host a large family gathering, appropriate to the guidelines given by the host.

This is a very comfortable and family friendly home, peaceful neighborhood, clean and warm pool, : Keurig coffee maker in the master bedroom! And the easiest no stress check out process… Just take your belongings and they will take of the rest! What a treat!

Anita was a great host who responded quickly. The area was great and less than 20 minutes from all the places we went. Kids enjoyed the heated pool on a daily basis. Nice neighborhood that allowed for morning walks. The house is very spacious!
