This house was exactly as described, plus more. Our family loved the easy-to-get-to and peaceful location. The house had lots of rooms for our family’s needs, from playing to eating to sleeping. Our favorite room by far was the solarium! We cooked and ate all of our meals in the home, so having two fridges, two dining areas, and an outdoor patio were very convenient. The space was also impeccably clean, modern, and well maintained, so it was easy for us to feel comfortable and at home. Use of the garage was a bonus! We loved our stay!

Beautiful home. Clean and pet-friendly (host even provided bags to clean up after our dogs). Worked out perfect for my large, extended family attending a family reunion. Wish we could've stayed longer!

We were extremely happy with all contact w/ Joe. He answered questions for us prior to booking that helped us in choosing his lovely home. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit and have already decided that we’ll be back. It was wonderful to see that Joe takes pride in his home as shown by how well it’s taken care of and how clean it was. The kitchen was well stocked w/ appliances including a crockpot, griddle, coffee pot and Kuerig coffee maker. Everyone enjoyed the basketball hoop in the solarium and ping pong in the garage. Thank you Joe for letting us use your lovely home.

Joe was very responsive and great. Neighbor’s house that said we were being recorded anytime went into backyard was beyond annoying. Tried to communicate with other guests about the strict parking and neighborhood Nancy took pictures and sent to Joe how was going to call authorities when a couple people did park in wrong spot. However, Joe was very responsive to ask to get the vehicles moved. Overall was a great experience.

Joe’s place was an amazing stay. It was a perfect fit for our large group (7 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs). We had plenty of space. It was incredible to have a dining room table to fit all of us. The air conditioning worked perfectly (which is very important on a hot summer day). The showers were always hot and amazing water pressure. The house was perfectly stocked. There were some fun games to play on the rainy days we had. I would highly recommend for any large group. Much better than any hotel. 5 star stay for sure. He was also very responsive with any questions I had during the stay. Beautiful home that made for an amazing family get together.
