Sergio es un anfitrión excepcional, un trato exquisito y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier circunstancia. La limpieza excelente así como todas las comidas que nos preparo, tranquilidad absoluta, vistas espectaculares, la zona de baño siempre impecable (la limpian cada mañana) el ranchon sobre el mar es simplemente único. Es un lugar para disfrutar y sentirse como en casa. Muy recomendable

Ubicacion perfecta, con acceso al canal de la marina especial para disfrutar de banarse y deos mejores atardeceres!!! especial para para familias con hijos y para parejas .. Servicio 5 estrellas atencion muy amigable, servicial sin quejas ninguna. Limpieza excelente. Super recomendamos este lugar para mi familia fue una experiencia inolvidable. y seguro repetiremos

Sergio's place is fantastic. Both he and his wife are extremely helpful, friendly and charming. You can swim in the water right off the jetty or use the stairs. There is sand and it is cleaned daily. He lent us a kayak to go out on the water. The children had a great time playing on the water. Cocktails out under the ranchon at the end of the dock are a must. Lourdes' mojito was delicious. The outdoor spaces are so relaxing and comfortable. The house is impeccably maintained and the food served was always delicious. They went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable and yet allowed us to maintain our privacy and enjoy the space. They live on site and are super approachable. We really enjoyed the stay with them and would definitely book again.

This is hands down, by far the best experience I've ever had with an Airbnb rental. Sergio answers all messages within seconds/minutes. I thought that might only last until we paid for our accommodations, but he was amazingly communicative from start to finish. Sergio was waiting outside his home so our taxi driver could easily find the place. When we pulled in, there was a collective gasp ~ the view is breathtaking! Even the cab driver was speechless. The setting seems otherworldly compared to the hustle, bustle, and decrepit nature of Havanah. The place is spotless. Spotless! Besides a housekeeper, Sergio has someone come DAILY to wash all the decks, walkways, patio, even the driveway. Each morning a man tends the seafloor! I'm not kidding. It is that tidy ~ not one weed brushing up against your leg during your glorious morning swim. Sergio and his wife (along with their housekeeper/cook) felt like family by the time we left, despite a language barrier. The meals were prepared with love, like the meals your Cuban grandma would cook if you were lucky enough to have one. Daiquiris prepared to perfection. At our request, Sergio set up a driver to show us around Havanah. We spent SEVEN hours touring all the neighborhoods with stops to sip, shop, eat, and take in the art. We weren't after a wild rager of a vacation (but make no mistake about it, there was plenty of rum), nor did we desire discos and nightclubs within walking distance. We were thrilled to leave the crowed, dusty and noisy city for the serenity of the marina each night. Restaurants within feet of the house made meals a breeze. Wifi was a welcomed perk as we wanted to check in with our family back home and send obligatory photos of us lounging in the hammock and sunsets over the tiki hut. I have never written a 5-star review until now; I had been saving the 5-star for perfection. Sergio's home is perfect ~an easy 5-stars. Book this house. You will not be unhappy.
