Your cabin in the heart of Manila. This is a brand new fully furnished studio located at the 24th floor of Vista Taft Residences. The condo is strategically located along Taft Avenue and just a minute walk from Vito Cruz LRT Station. Universities & colleges, bookstores, restaurants & coffee shops are within 5-10 minute walking distance from the building’s vicinity. More information The space The unit offers the following: * A bed that comfortably accommodates up to 2 adults * 4-seater dining area * a laptop/working table * Excellent air-conditioning unit *WiFi access * Kitchen with ref, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, dinnerwares * LCD TV * Shower water heater * Toilet paper, bath towel Guest access Guest/s can access all the amenities at the 4th floor - gym, swimming pool (closed on Mondays), function room & study area. Interaction with guests I will assist you in checking in the unit and address any of your concerns. I'd be happy to meet you. Other things to note Each guest/s is REQUIRED to bring PHOTOCOPY of valid ID/s or passport for security purposes upon entry. Kindly bring a copy upon arrival for a smoother security clearance and check in process. CHECK-IN: 2-6PM (Please advise your estimated time of arrival once your booking is complete) CHECK-OUT: On or before 11AM Helper/s live off site so late check in beyond 7PM and late check out beyond 11AM is subject to a surcharge of P200 payable directly to the helper. The place is open for long term lease. Please inform me if you are interested. Cleaning fee covers one-time cleaning only. Requests for additional cleaning and sets of sheets and towels are subject to add'l charges. FAQs: - Electricity cost is covered in the nightly price. - If your flight is late night or you plan to check out late, kindly book the add'l night.
