We’ve stayed at several units in the building & this one measure up to the rest in most aspects. It was nice to be on the 9th floor & have an unobstructed view. A couple of the furnishings have seen better days, but nothing was in terrible shape. The kitchen was stocked with the basics, but very basic at that. The knives were not good… so that was my main complaint. In different units we’ve stayed, there has been basic spices (oil,salt, pepper, sugar) which is helpful so you don’t start from scratch when having to whip a quick meal together. This unit did not have that. The patio furniture was very nice & very comfortable! The best out of the other units by far! Great for watching the beautiful sunsets. We love staying in this building as it’s a slightly more affordable stay, it has nice kitchens for cooking if that’s important to you (for us due to food restrictions & not always being able to eat at restaurants) & it has access to the amenities at Crocs!

I'll start with the positive things about this Airbnb. First it had an amazing balcony with lots of space and the New year eve fireworks were right in front of us. The size of the unit was perfect for a big group and we liked that there were 2 1/2 bathrooms. The A/C worked great and the beds were comfortable. Great quiet location. The downside was that the pool shown in the pictures is actually at the Casino resort next door. We did have access to it but could not bring our own drinks. The pool that belongs to the Airbnb is nice just considerably smaller. The TV is ancient and that combined with the spotty internet made it very difficult to watch movies. Lastly, the owners do not provide anything such as small kitchen essentials that you normally find at other Airbnbs (i.e salt, pepper, saran wrap etc) laundry detergent, spray cleaner for the counters and only a very tiny amount of soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc. Just plan on bringing everything you need. Overall, the place is nice!

The Airbnb in The Palms, Jaco Beach, was exceptional. The location was serene, the condo was clean and inviting, and the staff was attentive. The beach was easily accessible, and the surroundings were peaceful. The condo was immaculate, with tasteful decorations. It provided comfort and convenience with spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and modern bathrooms. The key pickup process at the DreamMakers office was a minor inconvenience, but the staff was friendly and drove us to the property. Their service throughout our stay was exceptional. I highly recommend this Airbnb for a tranquil stay in Jaco Beach.

This unit is perfect in every way. Super clean, convenient to everything in Jaco and of-course safe. The view is amazing, the unit clean and Dream Makers are very responsive. The check-in process was the easiest I've dealt with and made us feel very comfortable with our stay. We will definitely book again on our next visit to Jaco Beach.
