This was a great stay! Stephanie was incredibly responsive and the house had so many wonderful amenities that we wish we stayed longer to take advantage of them more.. Thank you for everything!

Typically stay in Draper Virginia at the same place each time.That place was not available this time so we decided on something else.Was a family/friends get together.Myself and my sister as well as several friend live all scattered around in different states and try to get together once a year to just hang out,catch up, and relax.We had about 14 people this year and a couple that just wanted to cookout hang out and leave.This place was more then accommodating for this.We were pleasantly surprised at the size of this property.The drive in is a bit rough around the edges but the house itself is well worth it.The kids loved it.The kitchen was very well equipped.Lots for everyone to do here.We also ventured out to Bridgewater Marina one of the days and that was also awesome with lots to do.Put put golf,rock climbing wall,arcade,and an amazing pizza place.Stephanie is very responsive.We also had a property manager check in on us.Which was great!!!

This home was absolutely gorgeous and big enough for the whole family! Gathering rooms were spacious and bedrooms comfortable. The kids had a great time downstairs in the game room. Theater room was really neat! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils and all the appliances we needed. The outdoor furniture was clean and plentiful at the house and down at the dock. The one small detail we missed when booking was the distance/walk down to the dock. The hill is definitely a challenge to walk back up if you’re out of shape (me! Haha)

Great stay - house was very spacious and very clean and tons to do with pool table, foosball, theater, kayaks, etc.

Perfection describes The Gathering Place!! Grandparents, son, and grandson had a total blast enjoying all the amenities and activities that are part of Stephanie’s lakehouse. We stayed right at the super clean ‘Ponderosa’ during our vacation because we had everything right there. Pool table, table tennis, PacMan, air hockey, foos ball, basketball, theater room, fire pit, hot tub, sun porch, paddleboat, kayaks, fishing, The list goes on for a really fantastic time!! Thank you, Stephanie!!
