We had a great family getaway.

Cathy’s place was very cute, very clean, in a cute neighborhood. We immediately felt right at home, like being at grandma’s house. Unfortunately, we had to leave after 1 night due to a very loud train very near the house that was not on the description waking up our family. Cathy was very kind about it and responsive, and did say that she was unaware and it may be a new problem. There was also a window that was not shut all of the way and would not lock, which we sent her a photo of. Very nice place to stay if train noise and horns don’t bother you. My daughter did mention that the top bunk was not comfortable for her, but she is used to a softer mattress. We appreciated Cathy’s responsiveness and willingness to work with us on the issue with the train noise.

We had a wonderful stay. House was very well stocked with everything imaginable. There was even a foam roller for when the hills worked my legs on my runs (Florida girl not used to hills). We loved the little beach that was only a 5 min walk away.

What a beautiful little get away and home! Cathy was very responsive to our questions/messages. It was so lovely waking up and walking down to the lake so close by. Our family had a great stay and would love to come again.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Beautiful scenery when walking out of the front door. The home was lovely.
