look no further. this is the perfect place for long or short term stays. It is central to everything you need and a gorgeous private beach. We can't wait to return for more than one day so we can explore more of the island. Alessandro even upgraded our unit for free!

Amazing place! Amazing views, incredibly convenient ….everything in few minutes walking distance! Dear Alessandro Thanks so much for your hospitality, help and for being so kind to give lots of great information…. It was like a dream to be getting up and jumping in the clear private beach water and wake myself up … perfect place for retreat, meditation than to meditate. The patio is so incredible to enjoy a wonderful cup of coffee than enjoy a glass of wine at sun set. I really hope that Me and my husband can come back to your gorgeous place again. We loved your decor, the cleanliness, the offering of snacks, water, coffee, wine for purchase made it very convenient for us. We were lucky to be the first guests in 2 bedroom appartment - where are few rented by Alessandro. All flats situated in one place on the different levels and due to the landscape looks like a bunch of grape. We randomly see neighbords and feel like we were alone while Alessandro's place was quite popular. Our appartment has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, living room and marveoulus terrace. Equipped with air cond which we didn't use cause the appertment is quite shady but with the great view to the sunny little beach/ the sea and some boats passing by. Idealistic sea view and 5 min walk from the lively port. Where the modest alimentary shop occures to sell the most tasty food at very affordable prices. We enjoied everyday cleaning rare on airbnb and hospitality of Alessandro and his wife Svetlana. She advised us to negotiate with taxi drivers and we make our negotiation excersice every morning on the way to Negombo thermal park))) By the way people on Ischia are very friendly and make you feel relaxed.
