This is a Great Place. I do alot of traveling and stay in condos everywhere. Im an expert on Cebu - Ive stayed at them all. I really loved this condo. Persimmons is relatively new and only a 13 minute walk to SM Mall. Which is the biggest in Cebu. You cant beat that. Also, there is a nice shopping plaza right next door with a 7-11, few restaurants, dental office etc. By the way, Filpines is the best place in the world for dental treatment, so take advantage. It cant be more convenient. As for Persimmons. Its 3 Towers, this is the Main one. Good security, courtous and helpful staff. The pools. Hello, there are TWO - you have the infinity pool - which is tucked into the 3 towers on the 6 floor. Very very Quiet and mellow place. Overlooking view of the city while you are sitting inside this lil alcove. Huge in the relax mode. Also, you can bring food and beverages. No one allows you to do that! AND AND - on the ground floor, they have a big pool perfect for laps etc. These are GREAT!. As for the condo, I absolutely loved the furnishings, modern and high quality. The table is great, good for laptop. Perfect. And the bed just pops up without even a thought and the whole place just opens up to a nice walk around condo. As for the window, its big enough so you actually have a view of the city. The internet is solid - very good. Brand new appliances, refrigeration and great great ice maker. I stay at alot of places - the location, 2 pools w/infinity, quality and set up of the condo....A++. Im an expert! Enjoy. And the Mall has tons of places to eat.
