Your apartment has a private sliding glass door that opens to a covered patio with large (8ft long) table that allows guests from both apartments to sit at opposite ends to dine. In your bedroom you'll find a king size gel top mattress, double fold out sofa, SmartTV (no cable, but we provide WiFi so you can log onto your own Netflix, Prime, VuDu etc.), large dresser, double sliding door closet and linen closet. Your private, tiled, 3/4 bathroom has a vanity and additional storage adjacent to your bedroom. Your apartment is fed by our whole house water purifier system; however, Amelia Island has sulfur in the water which can sometimes be noticeable (especially in hot water). In your eat-in kitchen we provide an oak dining set with 4 chairs, Keurig, cookware/utensils, and full size appliances including stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Your shared gardens (for the two apartments) have a mulched seating area with 4 adirodack chairs and 2 swings mounted under the above wrap-around porch.
