David’s house was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen we have ever stayed at. We loved the pool and the open layout of common space, which made it great for gathering together. David was excellent at communication by being extremely responsive.

This house was so beautiful, located in a quiet neighborhood and not far from shopping and restaurants. David was a wonderful host, as well! He was quick to respond to my questions on how to use the various tech features around the house and went above and beyond to fix the pool water quality that had been affected by a huge storm before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Rented this property for a family vacation! The house was perfect for our family with spacious rooms! The pool was the perfect addition for family fun and entertainment. Although some of the furnishings were different from the pictures, it was still comfortable and homey. David was quick to respond to any questions we had and made me feel comfortable, not as if I was bothering him.

David, from beginning to the very end, was accommodating to us. The pictures do not do house justice. My family really enjoyed the privacy and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely book again.

Great location convenient to many activities. The house was clean and had everything to support our stay from beach towels to sugar.
