We enjoyed a wonderful few days exploring Venice and surrounding areas with our three children. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and provided lots of helpful information which helped our trip to run smoothly. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to book a break to Venice. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand oder am Vaporetto. In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants. Die Betten sind bequem, die Ausstattung teilweise leicht in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig okay. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a very nice stay, taking the Vaporetto boat each day (pier is 7 min walk away) to visit Venice, very easy! Nice apartment, very large and nice terrace. Lido beaches are close by, but the nearest ones are private and very expensive to enter. We opted for an extra 600 m walk north to the fantastic free beach. Coming from socialist Denmark, we are not used to beautiful beaches being privately owned and rented out for insanely high prices to the citizens and visiting tourists, so this was the only downside. We would come back in a heartbeat, though!

Very nice stay. The location of the apartment is stunning. Very close to beaches, vaporetto to Venice, bus stops, city center, supermarket. Everything is close and walkable. Still it was very quiet. The terrace is very enjoyable and precious with shade and air at almost every time of the day and night. Ideal for four. We were six in some days and it was a bit crowded, especially due to small kitchen and small bathroom. But for short stays it’s fine.
