Dave’s place is great. Dave is quick to respond to questions and his manager Patrick will also answer questions and make suggestions for taxi’s and getting places. The condo is central to the south west coast and the buses and “ZR’s” are only a 2 minute walk. This makes it easy to get to many of the other beaches and attractions. There is a grocery store approximately a 20 minute walk and for quick items a variety store is about 5 minutes walk. There is a beach 2 minutes walk across the street. We carried our beach chairs over almost daily for 28 days. I couldn’t recommend a better spot than Dave’s due to location and amenities, it has pretty much anything you may need for an extended stay.

Once again we had a great stay at Dave’s. Within walking distance to the beach(s) , restaurants and night life. Our 4 week stay was blast. The air fryer was a welcome addition to his kitchen amenities.

It is very pleasant to recommend a place where we felt very grateful and comfortable for 15 days. Dave as host was always available and responsive to any additional information or requests. Patrick was in charge of receiving us in the unit, he is a very kind man and makes an effort to serve the client without making his presence known. He was always available for any need that came our way. The unit has everything you need to feel at home, in the kitchen, in linen, and in materials for going to the beach. They even leave a cell phone with balance to the guest. Impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable furniture and beds, well lit and the rooms with air conditioning that works very well. It has a balcony to sit and chat on very cool afternoons. The complex has a small pool and jacuzzi, very clean and without restricted hours. Only with the basic rules of coexistence and space. Just 100 meters away you can enjoy a very beautiful beach, in the afternoons it is very refreshing .
