We had a wonderful time staying at Kali’s place. Everything was well organized and I love the idea of how she kept a book of her story and the house and also few recommendation mentioned in the book. She was responsive enough if there were any questions. Loved everything about the neighborhood. We only had issues with the bathroom, two bathrooms were not enough. It would’ve been great if there was an additional powder bathroom. Other than that everything else was perfect.

House was in a quite, clean neighborhood and close to several stores and restaurants. We arrived in town early and Kali was very kind to let us in a few hours early. House was clean when we arrived, but the outside area was not to my standard. Pool was full of debris, lots of dirt and dust on the tables, outside sink (which has a lid) full of branches, cigarettes and debris. Reached out to Kali in regards to debris in pool & she said a pool guy would be over in a few days. Apparently he showed up two days later, took a picture and left. Didn't even clean the pool. Our last night the kitchen sink clogged up, so Kali had Drano delivered to our door the next morning, but it didn't work. Needed to leave for the airport, so sent Kali a message at 7:51 & 8:21 asking what to do with dirty dishes/dishwasher and never received a response till 10:14. House inside was nice, outside pool area okay, but I wouldn't stay here again with all the issues.

The house was in a good neighborhood and close to everything. There were a few hiccups but overall still had a good time there and for the most part the house fit our needs. The hiccups were when we arrived the pool water level was really low, the pumps were not running which had caused the leaves to sit in the pool and not filter out so it didn’t look great. Kali informed me that the previous renter may have shut off the waters autofill. I turned it on that night which is a valve on the back of the home. Monday we planned to host for two of our friends whose bday we were in town for. When I got home from golfing while the friends went to change and the girls finished hiking, I noticed when I walked into the backyard there was a crew back there cutting down several trees in the yard, and trimming the other big privacy trees. The pool was completely full of leaves and branches. When I reached out, I was offered an hour later checkout. For that reason I gave 4 stars.

The house and pool were both beautiful and Kali was really nice. We chose this place because we needed a later checkout (4PM) and we were assured that wouldn't be a problem. However, the cleaners showed up at 11AM and we were told that another guest was checking in at 4 even though we had paid extra to check out at 4:( Had that not happened, it would have been a really great stay.
