I have been traveling to Savannah for three years now and staying in AirBnB or VRBO. This place was great. Actually, we needed both the upstairs and downstairs apartments and they were the cleanest I have seen. No Palmetto bugs - which I am always told are common in the South. No intruders here though. They must have exterminators! Under the sink, where some homes have large gaps where the pipes come in, these were taped and completely sealed. Also, whereas most places I have been have dusty corners or 1/4” dust on baseboards, the rooms here looked freshly cleaned and dusted! Full size washer and dryer came in handy!! Usually hard to get attention from hosts after hours, but this one responded within the hour to a complaint that tv had poor connection and was pixelating and losing audio. He arrived next morning at the time he said he would. (We had figured out how to get streaming the night before so no big deal.) And finally, both kitchens and both bathrooms were in great shape.

Great place. Beautiful historic home close to Forsyth park and grocery store. We had a great time!

We had a lovely stay here. Appreciated having the high chair and the pack and play for our two kiddos. It was sometimes loud in the evenings and on occasion we could smell cigarette smoke from the neighbors late into the night in the downstairs master bedroom. Still a great property and stay overall.

We really enjoyed the place, the location was convenient and was well stocked. The communication from the hosts was incredible and they made themselves accessible to us and checked in during our stay. The pull out couches were a bit smaller than anticipated as they were more like futons but other than that everything was great! We would definitely stay here again!
