immaculate, clean thoughtful amenities like half and half bottled water filtered water drinks in the fridge coffee everything we needed. private, beautiful, tranquil location, love the wind chimes and the big porches m. next time I visit Alachua I would definitely stay there again

We stayed at Jane's to ride out the hurricane. We booked last minute and arrived late, but Jane was still extremely responsive and kept checking in on us to see if everything was ok. The house is exactly as described, incredibly peaceful and quiet. We slept through most of the heavy winds as the outer bands passed us by. The wrap around porch offers nice property views, and we especially enjoyed the view from the back.

Jane & Rick, We want to say thank you so much for inviting us into your home and being able to celebrate my wife’s (Celeste) birthday. Wish we could of meet you but I’m sure you were tired from your trip. We just left and we really enjoyed ourselves and we’re able to make memories in your home and at ginnie springs with family/friends. We will forever be grateful and if you come down our way(Clearwater) and would love to go jet skiing Chris owns a jet skiing company and would give you a free day on us. This was a beautiful, peaceful place to stay and get away! Great place to have family time away from reality. Such a cozy home & the view you just couldn’t beat! That back porch was so beautiful.

This place is fantastic. Gorgeous view, quiet and peaceful countryside, kind and responsive hosts. The Hill House is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for something cozy and private that's off the beaten path in Florida.
