I felt Francois’s place was like home during my trip in Paris. It was exactly like the photos and clean and very comfortable. The place is located in a safe and quite area. I would stay here again if I come back to Paris!

Cosy apartment perfect for exploring Paris! Very modern, quiet and most of the attractions within walking distance! Very responsive hosts, just note you first need to collect the keys from the lockbox which is located next to the metro station and not next to the flat. However, they make it clear in the instructions but I didn’t pay attention nor expected it. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf in het appartement van François en co-host Laura. Precies zoals op de foto’s en omdat het aan een binnenplaats ligt bijzonder rustig. Wij konden de zelfgemaakte gids zeer waarderen, vooral omdat het ons wees op lokale winkels en gelegenheden in de buurt die de moeite waard waren. Wij vinden het een aanrader en zullen bij een volgend bezoek aan Parijs graag weer terugkomen. Dank aan Laura en François.

This apartment is truly wonderful! My daughter and I had a fantastic stay. Laura and Francois are incredible hosts. They respond very quickly and are so helpful in all aspects of the booking and journey. They have composed a guide of the neighbourhood with recommendations for shops and restaurants. So helpful, lovely to discover these hidden corners of Paris. The apartments really is something else….. it beats many 5 star hotels! It’s very clean, tidy, modern and quiet - a very rare combination in centre of Paris! The bed is super comfortable and kitchen/bathroom are of high standard. The cherry on the cake is the balcony, what a treat! It overlooks the quiet court yard and faces the sun, it’s the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the sites of Paris. The location is perfect, in a lovely neighbourhood and well connected to all airports and famous sites in Paris, though we walked to most. This is truly one of the nicest places we have ever stayed, we hope to be back!

It was a pleasant stay at Laura and Francois’s place. The apartment was fully furnished and you would feel safe in this quiet neighbourhood. Laura and Francois provided very clear instructions to get to their apartment no matter you would take the train or airplane to Paris. An instant response could be received if you have any problems about the apartment. It was so nice that Laura and Francois provided a mini guideline about their neighbourhood for recommending the bakery or restaurant we must try. We went to the must-go bakery twice during our stay as the desserts and bread were so tasty! The location of the apartment was excellent and easily to access different transportation. I will stay at here again if I come back to Paris:)
