We had a wonderful stay at Job’s place just outside the beautiful historic village of St Alvère. There’s a fantastic boulangerie, general shop, pharmacy, and several cafes and restaurants just in the village at a 5 minute walk from the house, and a weekly market full of amazing local produce (shout out to the particularly good bread and honey we got there!). Beyond the village there is endless countryside full of stunning historic gems, you could stay for months and not see it all. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, with one of the best kitchens we’ve had in an Airbnb—as people who love to cook this really stood out! The pool is lovely, and the garden around the house is a green haven full of wildlife. We were here for the lush wisteria around the house and the first roses—just gorgeous. The house is clean, spacious, and Job is super responsive and warmly helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, it’s a great house in a very beautiful part of the world!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes grosszügiges Haus mit wunderschön gepflegtem Garten und beheiztem Pool (richtig warm schon im April). Zentralheizung sorgte für schnelle Wärme an den kühleren Abenden. Küche top, beide Badezimmer gross und von sehr gutem Standard, Trampolin und Seilbahn und der viele Platz rund ums Haus waren toll für die Kinder. Die Kommunikation mit Job war unkompliziert, Der einfachste Check in Check out den wir je hatten, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wow! We had an amazing week at Job's place. He was a super host - really responsive and caring and very helpful when we had encountered a problem. The house itself is beautiful but we spent most of our time in the wonderful garden, in the pool and on the trampoline. Well situated to walk down to the village every morning for breakfast goodies and for a variety of local attractions, when we managed to prise the kids off the trampoline! Great place and truly excellent host - wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We loved our stay at Job's place. Lovely spacious house with well maintained gardens. The pool took 4/5 days to warm up but it was so sunny that we still managed 10 min dips in before that. Our 3 year old loved the trampoline and table tennis. Great outside dining area. Very relaxing and peaceful village. Visiting slightly off season was a bit of a shame as the village was very closed up in the evenings. 2 lovely bakeries just a short walk for breakfast every day. Close to lots of pretty villages. The markets in Le Bugue and Lalinde and beach in Limeul were great. There's a nice little children's playpark near the car garage in the village too. Take plenty of mozzie spray!! We would love to visit again one day.

Superbe maison avec un extérieur avec piscine et espaces verts parfaitement entretenu. Job est toujours resté très disponible et à l'écoute avec nous. L'intérieur de la maison était également très propre et avec des prestations de qualité (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, Netflix...) Nous reviendrons c'est certain dans ce havre de paix avec des hôtes exceptionnels. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et n'avons manqué de rien, tout était parfait !
