This is the second time I have stayed at a property owned by Alexandre so I knew to expect a clean, welcoming home with easy check-in and check-out. Having three bathrooms and four bedrooms was a luxury for five people! The kitchen is well-appointed with all of the dishes, cups, cutlery, pots, and pans. Having a washer and dryer was also very helpful. I hope to be back in Paris soon and would absolutely stay here again or at another of Alexandre's properties!

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment had everything that we needed. location/area was great especially for travelers with kids. There is a nice little park nearby with a big playground. Alex is a very friendly and helpful host. If we ever come back to Paris we would definitely stay here again.

We loved Alexandre’s place. the instructions he gave were so clear that we never had to contact him throughout. The apartment was spacious and in a very walkable neighborhood. the metro was a couple blocks away. We found plenty of bakeries and markets relatively close by, as well as some fantastic restaurants. All in all, I would highly recommend.
