The place was just as described and the host was super resourceful. He let us checkin way before time and came down to hand us the key at a very early hour. In terms of location, the beach is at a walkable distance from the stay. The stay is spacious, well furnished, with decent storage space for clothes and other luggage. We had left in a bit of a rush and had forgotten one item of clothing at the stay. On letting Raj know, he had couriered it instantly to our residence in Bangalore.

Pros: Friendly host, spacious accommodation, near a nice quiet beach. Cons: Presence of insects and lizards, too remote and hard to get via car.

It was a very clean and isolated location away from the main city and a very quiet and cosy environment. The stay was well maintained with all rooms (bedrooms, hall, kitchen and bathroom) neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Caretake Raja was very helpful. He provided us with everything we needed there and made sure of our safety. very big house. good rooms and space. colse to beach. This property was all our pondi trip was about.

I had terrible experience in hotel 2 days ago Room was dirty , AC was not working , tap water was not working , lizards we’re all over place I would not recommend anyone this property even if this comes free
