I am actually a bit obsessed with this hidden gem cos I spent hours looking out the windows, mesmerized by passing clouds on the top mountains, while listening to chilled music. Despite its proximity to a busy road, the back-facing windows offered breathtaking views of the mountains and the tranquility. The nearby neighborhood was a delightful discovery, filled with diverse Asian / other cuisine options. Cesar's responsiveness and the inclusion of a washer/dryer were definite highlights. While the lack of an elevator and the small bathroom with no door possibly being a bit awkward for couples or friends sharing the space, were minor inconveniences, Cesar's assistance and the overall charm of the space made up for it. One last thing: please check with him on which day there is a water cut before you book to avoid any convenience. Overall, highly recommended!

César fue muy amable para ayudarnos con todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estadía. El apto se encuentra muy bien ubicado y es muy tranquilo y silencioso a cualquier hora del día.

El lugar super céntrico, acceso inmediato a el transporte público lo que facilita la movilidad a las periferia y recorrer la ciudad y sus puntos turísticos. Cesar responde a la mejor brevedad posible. El lugar super como y tiene lo necesario para tu estadía. Recomendado.

Great place to stay. Nice location within a short walk to all the best restaurants in the area and away from the noise.

I had a great week at this beautiful little apartment. The views are stunning and the place felt really calm and cosy. I loved the kitchen space and that the bedroom was separate. The kitchen has everything you need to make good meals, there's a Carulla 2 mins from the apartment. The bed was so comfy and I slept soundly every night! Also appreciate the different lighting options in the living room which made it so nice to stay in and chill some evenings. César was a great host and met me personally and gave good tips for the area. The front entrance is on a busy main road, but the apartment is totally quiet as the windows are at the back. One side of the apartment has lots of nice restaurants and bars, Zone T & G are both easily walkable and I enjoyed exploring. I also walked 20 mins through the not so beautiful industrial area across the main road to the gym every day in Hub72. As a solo female traveller I felt safe entering and exiting the building at night.
