The cottage was clean and its location is away from the bar’s noise. 10mins away from Flotsam. If you’ll book the cottage for 6pax, the space would not be enough. Also, recommending to use your car to avoid the hassle. Communication of the staff is great.

it has beach front view however there are too many rock and sea urchin. Kitchen is also common area, they are generous enough to lend their cookwares but no utensils (spoon/fork or plates) you should bring your own. They got camping site as well if your'e on a budget. They also have mini store within the resort of course expect the items to be overpriced it will be better if you bring your own food and drinks the corkage is not too pricey. Kubo room is ok good for 6 to 7 pax but if youbwant to take a good nap after a long drive brave yourselves because they dont have AC until it gets 6pm wtf! Bathroom and Toilet are common areas it gets dirty after use and no one cares to clean it from time to time. Overall i will rate as 7:10

Good place, wala pa masyado cottages pero presko at malinis ang beach. Kulang nalang ng water dispenser. 10mins away to surfing area and fast food chains. Mas maganda magbaon kapag walang private car :)
