worth the money. small unit that is enough for two guests. quite cheap given that the location is so close to almost everything, mall, grocery / convenience store, fastfood chains, and easy access to transportation also has a pool access that is rare to the ones I previously booked. Quite near to the airport too. My partner and I had a very comfortable stay. The kitchen tools and stove were very useful to us as we stayed for 3 days. Smooth check in and clear instructions. The hosts were very friendly and helpful who always takes time to check on guests if we are ok. He was also worried about our transportation going to the airport on our last day, that he offered to book us grab taxi but we left so early that he couldn't be at the unit to do it for us. luckily there are lots of metered taxis outside during that time. will surely recommend this place and if given another chance I will definitely book their place again.

This place is highly recommended for budget friendly stay if you have errands in Manila area particularly Taft Avenue. Unit is located at the topmost floor and very quiet/peaceful. I love the freshly changed linens/beddings. Water pressure is so strong both in shower/cr and kitchen. The hosts, Mr Paul and AJ are very responsive and proactive. Self check-in/checkout went very smooth. I appreciate unit owner who provide something for their guest, in this case, bottled waters and pastry. ❤️. Thank you Mr Paul/ AJ.

mejo na disappointed lang ako sa blanket kasi pang single lang .maliit sya para saming magasawa lalot Hindi pedeng I adjust Yung aircon.pero all in all maganda Naman ung place.

Sir Paul as host i got no problem but with the place it needs maintenance. First the bed needs replacement its totally defective creating metal sound even your slightest move during sleep which is so irritating. Next the kitchen, Its on the list that they have rice cooker and hair dryer and iron but nothin on it in the unit so i informed Sir Paul about the iron since i badly needed it for my clothes and he assisted me on my request. Lastly the privacy, During my stay even at the middle of the night i can hear chatting and footsteps outside you can clearly hear voices from outside.
