The description and pictures were spot on! The condo has everything you’d need for a home away from home with a postcard perfect view! It is clean, well maintained, roomy and well equipped, including the fantastic view of the water and sunset from the lanai and the guest room. The host is responsive and communicative. The club where it is located is quiet, lovely and gated and just a few miles away from downtown Kona and supermarkets.

We had a wonderful stay. The view is incredible from the balcony. The unit is right on the water, no road or pool interfering. We slept with the the balcony doors open (there are screen doors and ceiling fans) and were lulled to sleep by the gentle sound of waves breaking on the lava rock bellow. Near by there were a good number of restaurants. The unit was about the best equipped we have stayed in, great lines comfortable bed, smoothie blender. The only negative I can thing of, and it was minor, the floors are a little thin, the unit is on the second floor of three, so a few mornings were a little loud from up above. Overall would 100% recommend and would love to return.

Kitchen was perfectly appointed. Used ice maker coffee grinder coffee maker toaster etc. and fisher pots and pans were in good order. Super beautiful and peaceful.

We enjoyed our week long, oceanfront stay! The location, views, comfort, fully stocked kitchen and beach necessities provided all we needed and more. Paul is quick to respond and is available to help with any questions you may have. Recommend staying at this great condo!

we have camped and stayed all over the islands for decades. This is our favorite place.....I could sit on the deck forever! Paul was a wonderful and helpful host. we will return again and again.
