My husband and I had five teenage boys, and the place was great! Two on the top floor, one on the pull-out, and 2 in the queen room (we had the king bedroom). We were skiing all day and didn't spend much time in the condo. As the reviews said, the trains run at night, the rooms are very bright in the morning, the water heater runs out of hot water (if you don't space out your showers), and the kitchen is small for more than one person, but for the cost it was perfect! Kara and Taran were quick to respond when we needed a new coffee pot (it was by the front door when we got home from the mountain) and it only took about 10 min for a reply when we locked ourselves out. We would stay again! Thanks!

Amazing location just a short 2 block walk from downtown Sandpoint...Short drive, 25 minutes to the village at Schweitzer....and right on the waterfront. The townhouse is beautiful and slept our family of six very comfortably. The owners were great hosts. We will book again for our annual family ski trip.

Condo is very dated. Bathrooms has chipped paint, caulking around fixtures is cracked and peeling. Kitchen is dated. peeling paint on all cabinet doors. countertops are stained with missing grout. Bedrooms have light fixtures that don't work. Furniture looks like it belongs in a college frat house. One of the chairs is missing bolts and is broken. In main bedroom the blinds are broken. Had to use pillows to cover the window because if faces a common are where everyone can look in. Large picture windows and slider don't have curtains or blinds.
