I booked this place for my bachelor party. My flight was delayed so I didn’t get there according to plan however I sent the host a message to update them and I never got a response. I was supposed to check in on Thursday but I arrived very early Saturday morning (3am) due to the delays. I went to check in around 8am Saturday, He took me to the apartment & there was someone’s stuff in there already. He proceeds to tell me they cancelled my reservation because I didn’t check in Thursday and I PAID IN FULL FOR ALL THREE DAYS. Regardless whether I checked in or not the apartment should remain empty because it was FULLY PAID for. How can you rent one house to two people? He told me there were no more apartments like the one I booked but he didn’t offer any compensation. I paid 80k at the counter for an extra night because we couldn’t be out by 12. The receptionist didn’t update the payment and the host starts to harass me for taking her keys whilst I paid for an extra night that morning.

- La reception est sympa, le checkin se fait 7/7 et 24/24 - La localisation de la villa est super bien, dans un lieu calme , agreable pour se reposer - Mais j,ai passé tout mon sejour sans Wifi operational dans l,appartement. Malgre mes plaintes dés le 1er jour, rien n,a ete fait pour mes satisfaire. - Mon appartement etait inondé de cafards, malgres mes plaintes des le 1er jour , rien n,a changé. - Mon appartement n,etait pas equipé d,une table a manger, du coup j,etais toujours obligé de m,assoir sur le canapé pour mes repas. - Question rapport qualité prix, je donnerais 1/5. Pour le prix que j,ai versé , je m,attendais a un appartement equipé au minimum de deux toilettes comptant chacune une salle bain . Celui ci ne compte q,une salle bain , je m,attendais a un wifi operationel, a un appartement protegé des cafards ,ayant une table a manger

Séjour agréable , très calme , propreté irréprochable 👍 établissement de haute qualité personnel à l’écoute et professionnel ☺️ Par contre situation géographique un peu loin de la ville et de l’aéroport prévoir une location de voiture
