James was highly responsive, and his parents were incredibly kind, making me feel right at home. They invited me to dinner on multiple occasions free of charge. On the one occasion I joined them, the meal was both highly nutritious and healthy. An additional touch was the access to use the washing machine at no extra cost. This accommodation is more than worth the price. The downside is the distance from Districts 1 and 7, where I had reasons to visit. However, affordable transportation options were available, thanks to Google Maps and the Grab app. On occasions when I opted for public buses, which are super cheap, I only needed to hail a Grab bike to take me to the nearest bus stop using Google Maps. I would then hop on the most available bus. I would certainly recommend this Home Stay and, in fact, would book again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

It was literally the best experience I've ever had staying at Airbnb. The host family is incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The room is really clean and spacious. It's a bit far from the city centre, hence the very authentic local environment. Plenty of restaurants nearby offering a variety of Vietnamese cuisine. Small shops and vendors run by friendly locals. Cafés are everywhere if you want to have a cup of Vietnamese coffee and chill. Everything about this place exceeded my expectation. And the warmest hospitality from the host family made an unforgettable experience. Thank you for being so kind and helpful. I will definitely come back in the future.

1군까지는 좀 멀지만 버스정류장이 있어 갈때는 버스 올때는 그랩 이용해서 큰 불편함은 없었구요 벌레 한마리 못봤을정도로 동네가 깨끗하고 집도 깨끗합니다. 세탁기도 언제든 이용가능하고 주방도 편하게 이용가능하구요. 깨끗하고 조용한데서 베트남 로컬생활을 즐기시고 싶으신 분들께 적극 추천합니다.
