Our holiday home is ideal for families looking to enjoy the many amenities Lake Brenton has to offer - boating, windsurfing, fishing, canoeing or just sitting on one of the many small lagoon beaches. 15 minute drive to Knysna Central and a 4 minute drive to Brenton-on-Sea. The perfect holiday home, where one can sit back and relax, whilst enjoying the many amenities Lake Brenton has to offer. Enjoy your days on the lagoon, canoeing, swimming or wind/kite surfing. The Clubhouse also offers tennis, gym and a lap pool for the more active members. In the evening, one can sit on the deck enjoying a hard earned sundowner while watching the sunset over lagoon and the lights over Knysna. Ground Floor :The main living area is on the ground floor with sliding doors which open up onto the deck creating the perfect indoor/outdoor flow and a spectacular view over the Knysna Lagoon. The sitting room, dining area and kitchen are open plan and there is a wood-burner fireplace and TV in the sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Nespresso and water purifier and there is a scullery with washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. For outdoor entertaining, there is a dining, seating area and loungers on the deck as well as a bar sink and fridge and a Weber. Glass folding doors provide shelter on windy or rainy days. There is also a plunge pool which has a child proof cover. The guest loo is situated on the ground floor as well and an ensuite bedroom with a queen bed. This bedroom has views over the lagoon. Upstairs are 6 ensuite bathrooms and a pyjama lounge with TV and a wide balcony overlooking the lagoon. The front two bedrooms have king sized beds and large sliding doors which open up to a balcony overlooking the lagoon. The back bedrooms overlook the forest area and have king beds which can be separated into twins. The middle rooms have queen sized beds and a view of the lagoon. There is a 5kw inverter which will kick in when there is load shedding. It powers the lights, TV and wifi and as long as not too many appliances are used at once, will last the full 2 hours of load shedding if used responsibly. Lake Brenton is and eco estate with wild life so pets are not allowed.
