Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που επισκεφθήκαμε τον χώρο της Slaveia. Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι πολύ βοηθητικός. Έγιναν κάποιες ανακαινίσεις στα μπάνια καθώς και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Το σπίτι γενικά ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό και η τοποθεσία του ιδανική με πάρκινγκ.

Amazing stay!

Aufgrund eines Fehlers des Hotels konnten wir nicht sofort die gebuchte Maisonette beziehen. Die Ersatzwohnung, die uns die Gastgeber sehr schnell organisierten, war von der Größe her ähnlich und neu renoviert. Wir haben uns dort - 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder - sehr wohl gefüllt und sind daher auch dort geblieben. In der neuen Wohnung gab es keine Waschmaschine, aber das Hotel hat sich drum gekümmert, ohne dafür was zu berechnen. Insgesamt: ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt! Die Hotelanlage befindet sich in der Nähe der Ski-Lift und zu Fuß vom Zentrum zu erreichen. Sehr schöne Anlage mit einem tollen Pool und sehr nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Gastgeber waren super responsive und haben sich sofort um alles gekümmert! Hierfür danken wir herzlichst!

We had a great time and the location was perfect for exploring Bansko. Despite their being a lack of snow to be able to ski, we kept ourselves busy with lots of other activities which were available and the pool really came into its own! The beds were very comfortable and two of the bathrooms were newer than the ones in the photographs (the upstairs one is more dated). Communication was great and very responsive and Slaveia kindly organised transfers to and from Sofia airport. Only very minor comments is that there was no welcome pack as mentioned in the description - it would have been nice to have had maybe some basic things provided such as milk and bread on arrival. There was no brush to be able to sweep the apartment whilst we were there and we couldn't find the remote for the TV although this wasn't really that important! The showers took a while to warm up but we tended to shower after swimming anyway so again this wasn't too much of a problem. Thank you!

Slaveia's place was excellent, it had all the necessary things for a perfect stay, the apartment was very clean and bright, it was within walking distance to supermarkets and about 10 minutes by car from the center of Bansko. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were perfect to relax 100 percent :). I can definitely recommend Slaveia's place.
