Excelente para grupos grandes cuenta con todo lo necesario, Excelente ubicación, zona tranquila, playa a una cuadra súper tranquila y bonita ,súper recomendado. Pasamos año nuevo aquí con toda la familia y fue una estancia agradable y súper cómoda todos regresamos muy contentos muchas gracias por todo.

Amazing time at this beachside home. This house was perfect for our multifamily party. The beach is just a short walk away and can be viewed from the house. The only thing I found to be distasteful was the early check in policy of an extra $30 per hour prior to the 4 PM check in time.

Our family had 21 members and there was plenty of room. We loved how spacious it was & just mins from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. We will be back! Cons -No water for over 5 hours on our 2nd day. Host said this was a common problem & he would call us back. We talked to the neighbor and he said they don't have that problem. After 2 hours of not hearing back we called & were told the water truck should be there shortly. We had to use our drinking water to flush toilets. When the water truck arrived at 5pm he said he hadn't competly filled the water tank in several days. -Kitchen accent lights would turn off after a couple hours then turn back on. Four ceiling fans didn't work. We didn't report this because we didn't want to waste vacation time. -One of the downstairs bedroom was hot because it doesn't have an a/c vent. The ceiling fan wasn't enough to cool off room that had bunk beds and a full size bed. We solved this problem by placing the mattress in the living room

Tyler’s place was great for a large group. We had plenty of parking for lots of guests. Beach was just a short walk away. All guests had plenty of room and bathrooms. We had a few little hiccups but the hosts were quick to respond and help with all our questions/requests. Just a note for other guests-apparently water shortages are an issue in Las Conchas. We didn’t have water upon arrival or our last night . Had to conserve during our stay. When we talked to the water truck guy, he said this was common. It would have been helpful knowing this before we arrived. Other than that, a nice stay.

The house is beautiful but needs to have more cleaning done when guest show up.
