We loved our vacation at LaDonna’s place. A great stay in St Augustine. The beach was steps away, great for morning walks, pickle ball court, nice pool and her attention to detail was much appreciated. Thank you LaDonna. We will be back.

After Dune Delight was the perfect layout and space for our one month stay. Very nice decor and accommodations. Crescent Beach is absolutely beautiful, and very walkable. LaDonna replied immediately with all questions and issues. But, beware, we were not notified before the arrival date for our month long stay that this property has a major infrastructure repair in progress. It began in Oct 2023 and will continue for some time past our 3/10/24 departure date. Very Loud hammer-drilling, cement chunks and dust everywhere, plastic covering the balcony railing, scaffolding in front of it with workers, making the balcony basically unusable and greatly diminishing the quality and value of our stay. The area around the balcony for this unit is mostly complete (just in time for our departure), but the workers have now moved 2 balconies away; just as loud. Early in our stay we accepted a nominal partial refund not realizing how much our entire stay would be affected.

We loved staying at LaDonna‘s condo in Saint Augustine. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and well furnished. Crescent Beach is absolutely wonderful and easily accessed. LaDonna was very kind and responsive when we called because we needed help with the parking gate that had malfunctioned. She was able to reach someone to fix it within minutes. Great recommendations on area restaurants too.

The condo itself was nice and as advertised. It had everything we needed and was clean except for a few dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. It’s on a beautiful beach. Unfortunately they were doing repair work on the outside of the building while we were there. It was so loud at times that the walls were vibrating. We really couldn’t stand to be in the condo during the day while they were working. LaDonna said she didn’t know this was going on and felt bad about it. She offered us a refund if we wanted to move, but we had no place to go. She did offer us some gift cards to local restaurants and attractions so we could get away from the noise. The weather was not good while we were there and the one day it was nice enough that we could at least sit in the sun by the pool, the pool was closed for maintenance. I’m sure this will be a lovely place once all the repairs and maintenance are finished, but I would not recommend it to anyone at this time.
