El lugar es muy bonito. todo muy limpio!. las cobijas/toallas super limpias. en verdad que es un lugar muy comodo. lo recomiendo al 100%. lo unico malo de todo esto es que solo me quede un solo dia. 😛. muchas gracias pia por siempre estar al pendiente. espero en un futuro opedarme con ustedes de nuevo.

Hello! My partner and I stayed in the Na-House while visiting Tulum and it was the best decision we made. The place is exactly as described in the pictures if not more beautiful. The cenote in the middle of the houses is clean and pretty deep so water is not hot. The house has hot water in the shower and do not underestimate the AC. We slept very pleasantly even with the construction next to the Na-House. There are a lot birds that visit the property in the morning with different colors, lookout for that if you enjoy drinking coffee outside. There are 2 cenotes approximately 6 minutes away driving. Many, places to eat delicious meals, fruit snacks, and all kind of beverages. Pia is a great manager(she helped us to book a tour), sweet, and knowledgeable of the area. Pia's team Pascual and Mariano are very professional and helpful. There are guide books in the house MUST READ. Thank you all.

The place was beautiful but the house was way too hot. I would recommend not turning off the a/c during the day as directions suggest. The place becomes a sauna which was really hard to handle after a day in the in the 90 some degrees. It would be great if the downstairs had an air conditioner and the bathroom! The bathroom was sooooo hot from sun up to sun down it was very uncomfortable. Besides the heat of the place it is great and private.

Best part was the concierge service and how proactive Pai was with getting us setup and our scooter rental. This service made for a great experience. the location was a bit of a walk to restaurants and it will be much better once the roads and nearby construction is complete. would recommend if you want a small oasis with a cottage feel to it with a nice natural pool

My partner and I had the loveliest stay at Nahouse Jungle Lodges. The hosts were very helpful and responsive as we navigated the tricky roads that define Tulum (at least right now). The space is such a nice little oasis if you want your experience to feel like a private, little jungle lodge. The intention and eco-conscious energy of the space make it a special and perfectly humble abode (something we definitely wanted instead of the more scene-y options nearby). And the “cenote” style swimming pool is so delightful and precious. Loved our stay here.
