We stayed in studio 3, which offers the most in terms of privacy, but restricted sunlight onto the balcony area during the daytime. We didn’t use the pool which is located directly outside of studio 4 and one of the smaller studios. The studio itself in terms of cleanliness we could not fault, including the mid-week linen and towel changes. The studio is well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. We were kindly met at the port by Evangelia, we were grateful of this as we doubt we would have located the studio ourselves due to it being located in a remote area accessed by a 15-20 minute journey down a challenging, undulating dirt track which tested both the ability of our hire car, and indeed driving skills when returning back to the studio in darkness each evening. The location of the studio is in a remote area, with other properties set in the rock face which are set just up from the beach. The beach was nice, it gets busier at the weekends when there is also a charge of 25 Euros for two sun beds, a parasol, two towels and two bottles of water, there is however space on the beach if you just want to set out your beach towels, free of charge. There are no taverna’s or supermarkets located near the studio, the closest being another 15-20 minute drive back along the dirt track, we ended up doing this journey at least twice a day, once to explore the island, and again in the evenings to enable us to visit the taverna’s. All in all, the studios are well presented, and ideally located if you want to watch the sunset and enjoy a relaxing holiday away from the crowds.

The Apartment is exactly as expected: in a stunnig location with a wide terrace on the sea and above one, if not, the best beach of the island. Really clean and very well refurbished, very confortable for the four of us, with two bathrooms. Welcome, check in and the weekly service have been perfect. Very close to the port. I strongly reccomend this apartment to live a wonderful experienxce in Kea, to spend relaxing days and to fall asleep with the sound of the sea.

A great location to find relax and reconnect to the nature and the beauty of seaside. 2 minutes by feet from a very quite and small beach with sand and pebbles - emerald waters. 15 minutes away from the port on wild and breathtaking road on the coast. Sunset from the terrace was stunning. At night deep dark… that allowed us to enjoy purely the beauty of Mediterranean Sea and starry skies at their best. The apartment was perfectly designed and comfortable, the architecture remarkable.

Absolutely fabulous stay at Nineta’s place in Xyla. Incredible rooms, incredible pool, incredible beach, incredible seclusion, incredible views. 110% recommend - this is a holiday you won’t forget. The beach in front of the property is amazing for lounging and swimming. Warm waters, sandy bottom, small waves.

The first choice for anyone wishing to visit and experience the delights of Kea. The welcome we had from Ninetta and Maria was outstanding - we were even met at the port and accompanied to the apartment - and they were available throughout for tips and support if needed. The apartment is perfect: clean, fresh, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It has fantastic views over Xyla Beach (definitely one of the best beaches on the island) which we often had to ourselves where we enjoyed the crystal clear and safe sea. The sunsets were spectacular so overall this is an ideal spot for anyone looking for peace, quiet and a “get away from it all” break. If you do want to drag yourself away from this delightful spot, getting around the island is easy and the track to the port was fine in a normal small car.
