On arrival there was a wonderful hamper full of goodies which was a lovely gesture. We arrived about 5pm and there were lamps and heating on so snug and cozy. The cottage was really clean and everything you need from dishwasher tablets to bin bags was provided. The beds were super comfy and the large kitchen diner was great for the 5 of us. Angela was a wonderful host who answered any query really quickly. Really enjoyed our stay

Fabulous stay at Royland Cottage over the Easter Weekend. Cottage was extremely well presented and had everything we could have hoped to make our stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible. The welcome basket and Easter egg were a lovely touch. Angela’s recommendations for local farm shops with cafes were perfect and we also enjoyed a super meal at the Star Inn down the road which is under new management and recently refurbished. Enclosed garden was perfect for our dog who was also extremely grateful for the dog biscuits provided. Would definitely look to return in the future.

Six of us booked for New Year. Upon arrival at the cottage it was quite clear that it was very welcoming and spotlessly clean and we knew we were going to enjoy our New Year break. There were fairy lights around the garden and a lovely Christmas tree in the dining area which made it feel very festive. This cottage is definitely home from home, it had absolutely everything we could need whilst being there. The welcome pack was delicious and the dogs enjoyed their welcome pack too. We primarily went to escape New Years Eve fireworks and we definitely did that, the area was extremely peaceful but there we some nice places nearby to visit too. We would all definitely recommend this cottage, it’s peaceful, cosy and home from home. Thank you very much

Perfekt eingerichtete Küche in der jeder Hobbykoch mit Freude kocht. Das grosse Esszimmer lädt zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen ein und die Unterkunft wird dank der zweckmässigen aber sehr stilvollen Einrichtung rasch zu einem Zuhause. Auf den Matratzen, den Kissen und der Bettdecke schläft man perfekt! Danke Angela für dieses wunderschöne Cottage!

Lovely weekend stay at Angela's cottage. In a beautiful village the cottage is spacious, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. We were fortunate to have some good weather to utilise the outside space. The goodies in the welcome basket were very much appreciated. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
