End of terrace townhouse overlooking Cork Harbour. 5 minutes from the water, cafe, restaurant, pubs, 20 mins to cork city centre and 15 mins from Cork airport. Golf club 5 mins, Fota wild life park and resort & Cobh town 15 min on cross river ferry. Beaches near Crosshaven 20 mins. Historic town of Kinsale 30 mins away has many pubs, restaurants, quaint shops, overlooking yacht marinas. Two bedroom town house with a ensuite bedroom overlooking the harbour and a second double bed rear bedroom with spacious wardrobe space. really bright open plan living area with kitchen, dining table and sitting area around a real open fire for cosy evenings with TV and Wifi. Patio overlooking Monkstown Bay in Cork Harbour, with outdoor table to eat or drink at. Small lawn with double swing for looking at the boats going by as well as a side alley garage for bike storage or belongings. Car parking for 2 cars off road in quiet cul de sac.

Great house, beautiful view. unfortunately the weather was terrible so instead if enjoying coffee outdoors we nestled indoors at rhe fabulous open fire. Robert replied quickly to messages and was v helpful with traffic info for travelling into cork city on concert day... lovely place.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Monkstown, nous avons pu profiter de tout ce que nous voulions faire autour de Cork. Le pub accessible à pieds est un vrai +.

The house has wonderful views across the bay and had everything we needed for your stay. Robert was kind enough to leave a few breakfast items for us when we arrived. Communication was easy and responses relatively prompt. There are a couple of pubs close by offering some nice food. Food delivery options are limited though and we were advised to use just eat app.

The village of Monkstown is set on the water in Cork Harbour which is one of the worlds largest natural harbours. There are two pubs and another pub/restaurant, Italian cafe within 200 metres. Shopping a few kilometers away.
Lots of sailing boats and powerboats on the water nearby.
As it is a peaceful family neighbourhood, parties are not permitted.
The historic town of Cobh with the Titanic experience is 10 mins away by car via the cross river ferry. Boat harbour tours available in season. Spike Island tours. Crosshaven with the oldest Yacht Club in the world is 20 min drive and is close to sandy beaches. There are many golf courses between 5 and 20 min away. Woodland walks nearby.
There is a regular bus service to Cork city. Ringaskiddy car ferry terminal is 5km away.
As noted above a car would be beneficial. There is a regular bus service to cork from Monkstown and it will stop at some places in between. It leaves from the seafront.
