Todd's place was a little slice of heaven on earth. The photos don't do the property justice, it's breathtaking. Our kids loved feeding the horses apples every morning, and kayaking across the lake in the evenings on the kayaks that were provided with the rental. We loved that the house is centrally located within short driving distance to so many things to do around the nicest Finger Lakes, state parks, and wineries. We'd definitely visit again in the future!

This is our second trip to the Finger Lakes and our first to Todd’s place in Penn Yan. We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday and find some snow. When we walked in, a trimmed Christmas tree was lit and set the tone for the weekend. We realized quickly that we had rented a home, not just a house. The home was cozy, clean, and charming. Although biting cold didn’t allow us to spend much time on the porch, we still enjoyed beautiful lake views. Winter is a special time with crisp sunsets and occasional snow squalls, all watched from the comfort of the family room. The fireplace is large, with plenty of wood provided. Todd is indeed a superhost and was very accommodating and communicative. The home is well-appointed with comfortable beds. The town of Penn Yan is close by. Dinners at Main Deck and Union Block were excellent. A visit to nearby German-style Weis Vineyard was enjoyable. Be sure to stop by Oak Hill Bulk Foods! Thanks for sharing this special place. We’ll be back!

I’m hesitant to write an honest review of Todd’s place because I don’t want anyone else to discover it! What a gem. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. Todd is a great host. We will be back.

Our two families really enjoyed our stay in Todd's house. The house was beautiful, the location was beautiful, the owner friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Todd was a very informative and responsive host. The house is lovely! Beautiful grounds, large working fireplace and super comfy beds. Close to restaurants in Penn Yann. And the view over the lake 😍 Highly recommend!
